Please use this selection if booking a treatment at our Downtown Pembroke location in Calm & Collective studio. We are located at 207 Pembroke St West. As of Fall 2024, registered massage therapy appointments will be available in Pembroke every Tuesday and Wednesday, while we also provide treatments in our RMT's home-based practice in Petawawa on Monday, Thursday and every second Friday.

Registered massage therapy is a manual treatment used to address a spectrum of soft tissue concerns, physical function and pain using manual manipulation. It is appropriate for initial assessments for new patients and ongoing treatment to address muscle and soft tissue concerns such as: tissue tension and density, reduced range of motion, joint pain and restriction, sprains, strains, tendinitis, postural imbalance, trigger points, scar tissue adhesions, postoperative soft tissue contractures, headache and migraines, as well as orthopedic conditions.

Charity is a certified labor and birth doula who has been practicing since 2021. Before that she spent 8 years in the social work field and is therefore well acquainted with the local resources that help families in Renfrew County thrive. She has 4 children of her own and is very passionate about taking care of couples and families who are making the transition in to parenthood. Dr. Olivia Novak, ND

Dr. Olivia Novak is a Naturopathic Doctor originally from Vancouver, British Columbia who focuses on helping you feel your best self, naturally. Dr. Novak ND had always had an interest in healthcare, however her passion for naturopathic medicine began after struggling with her own health and receiving care from a local naturopathic doctor. After completing her undergraduate degree at Western University in Psychology and Sociology, Dr. Novak ND continued her studies and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Dr. Novak ND has a passion and love for the outdoors. She occupies her spare time by going on hikes, spending days on the beach, and exploring the Ottawa Valley with her fiancé, Konrad and her dog, Panzer.

Dr. Novak ND has a special interest in women’s health, fertility, fatigue, pediatrics, and digestion but is open to seeing individuals of all ages with a wide variety of health concerns.
